GUST GIRLS - Who are they?

The first GUST GIRLS weekend took place in Langebaan in the summer of 2006. It was a spontaneous get together of some of the few girls who were kiteboarding in the Western Cape at the time. Since then, we have seen an increase in number of ladies on the SA’ shores, as we continue to grow the appeal for girls to get into kiteboarding. Larning to kite is synonymous with meeting new people, exploring exciting new places and taking a step into the escapism that this watersport lures many from their normal lives.

Click on this link for an idea of what a typical GUST GIRLS weekend involved. Read the quotes from the girls, some of who have become not only dear friends of mine, but very experienced kitesurfers.

If you are wanting to take part in one of these weekends, drop me and email at jl@gustmagazine.com

We also customise tailor made kiteboarding experiences and corporate days out. See this flyer for an idea of what we have done before.

We look forward to welcome you into our world.

Always loads of fun and giveaways!
