KPWT are proud to announce that for the first time ever, they will host an event at the breathtaking destination of Lanzarote. “The Lanzarote Kitepro Santa 2010″ is a 4 star Grand Slam, with points counting towards the world title for 2010.

The world’s top kiteboarders will have the opportunity to show off their stuff in Freestyle, Wave Masters or Junior disciplines.

Famara, Lanzarote is a highly regarded location known for good waves and wind, great freestyle, and superb weather.  Famara occupies the North West coast of Lanzarote, and boasts a large curving bay with kilometers of beaches.

The KPWT encourages many top international riders to Lanzarote, all looking to push their rankings on the World Tour and use this wonderful kiteboarding location to their advantage.
